COURSE OVERVIEW

The Diploma in Education Leadership and Management is a comprehensive program aimed at building the leadership and managerial capacity of educational personnel. The course is designed to equip participants with the competencies necessary to lead educational institutions in a dynamic environment. Key focus areas include transformational leadership, education policy and law, institutional resource management, ICT integration, curriculum delivery, and learner-friendly school practices. The course also emphasizes evidence-based decision-making through an action research project.
