COURSE OVERVIEW
This course aims to develop a cadre of visionary and adaptive Chief Principals capable of driving transformational change within Teacher Training Colleges. It strengthens strategic leadership capacity, enhances institutional effectiveness, and equips leaders with the competencies needed to inspire teams, implement reforms, and create high-performing, future-ready learning environments.
The course covers: foundations of transformational leadership, change management and innovation, strategic planning and execution, ethical governance, human capital development, quality assurance in teacher education, digital leadership, stakeholder engagement, organisational culture transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
