COURSE OVERVIEW
Effective project management is central to achieving Kenya’s development objectives as outlined in Vision 2030, the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), and successive Medium-Term Plans (MTPs). Public projects must therefore be designed, implemented, and evaluated within a framework of accountability, value for money, and citizen impact. This course equips participants with the competencies required to plan, manage, and evaluate public sector projects in compliance with the Constitution of Kenya (2010), Public Finance Management Act (2012), Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (2015), and other governance frameworks.
