COURSE OVERVIEW
The Diploma in Education Leadership and Management course is designed to equip educators with effective leadership, management, and governance skills to improve institution’s performance, accountability, and the quality of teaching and learning.The Key focus areas include transformational leadership, education policy and law, institutional resource management, ICT integration, curriculum delivery, and learner-friendly school practices. The course also emphasizes evidence-based decision-making through an action research project.

Principals, heads of institutions, deputy principals, deputy heads of institutions, heads of departments (HODs) ,senior teachers, institutional managers and administrators in teacher training colleges , TVETs and private institutions and all teachers aspiring for leadership positions.
