COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is designed to equip staff serving in customer care and
public relations offices with essential knowledge, skills and attitudes to
deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Through
interactive learning, participants will understand the unique dynamics of
customer care  and their role in promoting
institutional reputation and customer satisfaction. This course will cover:
effective communication, service standards, institutional branding, complaint
handling and the strategic use of media and digital platforms to increase the
institution’s visibility.
