COURSE OVERVIEW
The Institutional Governance for Boards of Management (BOMs) in Primary and Junior Schools course equips school board members with key governance and leadership skills for effective, transparent, and learner-centered management of basic education institutions. It deepens understanding of Kenya’s legal, policy, and operational frameworks, enabling informed and ethical decision-making that enhances learning outcomes.
