COURSE OVERVIEW
The Institutional Governance for Boards of Management (BOMs) in Senior Schools course builds the leadership, governance, and accountability capacities of board members to effectively manage senior schools in line with national education policies. It focuses on strategic decision-making, resource management, compliance, and ethical leadership.
