The Department currently offers research services for both the capacity building programs and KEMI facilities. It also conducts research and consultancy for the institute.
The department is headed by national management trainer.
The functions of the Division entails:-
- Promoting capacity building programs;
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis and impact assessment surveys of KEMI capacity building programs;
- Conducting Research and consultancy;
- Undertaking Monitoring and Evaluation of capacity building programs;
- Analyzing course evaluation tools
