The Management Development Directorate’s main function is to;
- Coordinate implementation of the Institute’s capacity development programs;
- Conduct research with the aim of informing policy in the education sector.
- Provide consultancy services and establish partnerships at the national, regional, and international levels for effective and efficient delivery of quality, relevant and inclusive education.
