The Kenya Primary School Heads Association (KEPSHA) Annual Conference 2025 officially began on Monday, 10th November 2025, at the Sheikh Zayed Children’s Welfare Center in Mombasa. The event has drawn participation from over 10,000 primary school heads from across the country.
This year’s conference is themed “The CBE Transition”, with subthemes “Celebrating Achievements, Strengthening Leadership, and Shaping the Future of Learning.” The discussions will focus on the Competency-Based Education (CBE) transition, leadership in education, and strategies for enhancing the quality and inclusivity of learning in Kenya’s primary schools.
The Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI), led by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Maurice Odondo, is taking part in the conference. As a management development institute, KEMI will be showcasing its programs and initiatives that support effective school leadership and institutional management
